Make sure we can see and hear you clearly. Start with your name, and what city/town you reside. Employers want to see you showing off your cooking skills!

COOK & PLATE YOUR SIGNATURE DISH (there is no need to film the full cooking process).

Be as creative, big and bold as you can! There is no "right" or "wrong" thing to say on tape., Have fun with it.

Editing your tape is optional. You can send your tape edited or as raw footage.
