Pecan Pie Energy Balls

Only 4 ingredient little pecan pie balls! A healthy little snack, dessert or as part of a healthy breakfast.

Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free, Naturally Sweetened, Vegan Friendly


1 cup, soft pitted dates

1 cup pecans

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pure vanilla


Place all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until it forms a dough. Remove and roll balls. Store in the fridge.
