Vanilla, Maple, Flax Balls

A handy little crunchy snack to have! These are moist, fluffy and naturally sweet. I love the bit of crunch from the hemp seeds as well.

No bake, Vegan, Gluten Free, Phase 1 of Seed Cycling

Ingredients

1 cup seed butter of choice

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

50g hemp seeds

50g sesame seeds

50g designated coconut

1/4 maple syrup/ agave

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

1-2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix until it forms a thick dough.

Roll the dough into 12 balls. Roll the balls in designated coconut, if desired.

Store in the fridge or freezer in a sealed container.
