A theme that celebrates caterpillar to butterfly

Within the chrysalis the old body parts of the caterpillar undergo remarkable transformation, called ‘metamorphosis’, to become the beautiful butterfly.

Open the windows of your soul, invite some fresh air, it will make it easier for you to feel calm and open to the self -care you deserve.

Self -care doesn’t always mean bubble baths and pedicures—sometimes it’s about educating yourself about how to care for your body and mind.

Free yourself from self – judgement

Relationships can be exhausting and require a bit of effort to help them grow and flourish. However, the most important relationship in life, is the one you have with yourself!

We are all guilty of looking in the mirror, wishing our stomach was flatter, our hair was less fizzy, or comparing ourselves to what we see on social media. We fall into an anti- self -love category, blaming our- selves even more.

None of us like to be judged or criticized, so why are we doing it to our-self?

When you stop being so hard on yourself, you might notice your heart opens to forgive others too.

This takes practice, but a few tools may help to ease the process, freeing yourself from negative self- thoughts.

Some ideas on showing gratitude and love towards your body were shared. One being; thanking your body.

Health is wealth

We are all created differently – but often people use food as a temporary escape mechanism, but that can actually be what is imprisoning you, in your own physical body.

Education is the key to learn what is empowering and nourishing your body and what is causing harm to your body.

Reconnect with your body and mind

Actionable tips and ideas were shared on the day for women to move forward into a more vibrant, healthy lifestyle.

We are all guilty of pushing ourselves past the point of exhaustion and letting the stress of our daily lives take its toll on our minds and bodies.

A woman knows by intuition, or instinct, what is best for herself.” – Marilyn Monroe

Acknowledge the problems you have, write them down on a list. Letting go can be liberating! As we often don’t realize how much of an energy drain these kind of self-criticisms and judgements can be.

Take a break from the noise!

For the next retreat, call your closest friend and share the idea with them. Allow the magic of womanhood to unfold!

We will be here to create a space for you that will speak directly to your intuition so that you can make sense of your emotions and gut feelings.

Allowing you to feel more grounded, grow in self- love and changing your food routine to one that works for you and your body not against it- no more counting calories!

We will be here to help realize what could be holding you back, because that one thing can be preventing you from getting your wings!

Your wings are waiting!

Dot you later!
