Detoxing Seed Sprinkle

I love these healthy little nibbles. I always have them on hand to sprinkle on my salads and soups.

Healthy seeds are full of fibre, amino acids, minerals and essential fats, the nutrients that are needed for our detoxing system.

Seeds are best eaten in their natural state, that is raw, unroasted and unsalted and even better when they have been activated or sprouted.

I might be a little obsessed, I sprinkle this stuff over just about EVERYTHING!

Detoxing seed sprinkle

Gluten Free, Vegan Friendly, Seed Cycling Phase 1 & 2


1 cup organic raw pumpkin seeds

1 cup organic sesame seeds

1 cup organic flax seeds

1 cup organic sunflower seeds

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp Himalayan salt

Dash of black pepper


Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place onto an oven proof dish, spread out evenly and bake for 10-12 minutes, allowing the seeds to darken up a bit and plump up slightly.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
