A delicious home made, dairy free dipping sauce. I love this recipe with roasted cauliflower, sweet potato fries, in pasta dishes, with nachos or even with eggs.
The recipe is versatile and tastes WAAAAY better than the avocado dressings or guacamole dips that you find in the store. Plus this recipe is free from all the nasty s they add to the store bought versions which makes them last on the shelf.
Should you want a thinner saucey vibe with this recipe, more water can be added to make it thinner to use as a pouring dressing.
I can brag about avocados all day long. They contain so many amazing benefits our bodies can benefit from on a daily basis including; around 20 vitamins and minerals and are an excellent source of healthy fat.
Avocados have a high fat content that can help you absorb nutrients form other plant based foods that require lipids (fat) for absorption. Making them extra beneficial for those following a plant based diet.
Fat soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E and carotenoids all need lipids (fat) to be absorbed.
