- 1 cup kale, de–stemmed
- ½ English cucumber, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small lemon, peel removed
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup GMO free soy milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- Handful of ice (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together in a high – speed blender until smooth and creamy.
